I just wanted to thank you very much for a thoroughly enjoyable day on Sunday. The eagle handling in the afternoon will stay with me forever - a brilliant experience. What majestic creatures these birds are. I am not sentimental by nature yet still find myself thinking about the grace, power and dignity of all the birds to whom we were introduced. Really fantastic.

The whole day was fantastic and the birds were more incredible that I had imagined, the trainers and keepers only had the interest of the birds at heart, really got the best out of the birds, showing real respect for the creatures they are.

Walking through the woods with a bird of prey, shadowing your moves was wonderful.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a brief stay at your hotel complete with a Bird of Prey experience day. We feel compelled to write and express our gratification at such an enjoyable sojourn.

Our welcome at the hotel was so warm and yet discreet as you were not sure if my husbad was aware of the experience day or if it was a surprise. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable with a superb view of the lake.

Every member of staff we encountered was polite and appeared to take a genuine interest in our wellbeing.

The experience day with James was fantastic, he is very passionate about the birds and managed to keep smiling despite the rotten weather.

We have nothing but praise for you all.
