I just wanted to thank you very much for a thoroughly enjoyable day on Sunday. The eagle handling in the afternoon will stay with me forever - a brilliant experience. What majestic creatures these birds are. I am not sentimental by nature yet still find myself thinking about the grace, power and dignity of all the birds to whom we were introduced. Really fantastic.

Firstly, please understand that I am the first in queue to complain, when I have paid for something which turns out to be non-value for money.

However, I would like to take this opportunity to write to you in regards to my visit, yesterday, with my fiancee to your falconry centre, for a days experience.

Since I first contacted Louise Bolton at the beginning of August to book this event, the service that I received, not only from Louise, but also from other receptionists there was absolutely second to none, and very professional. All in all, they couldnt do more to help me to ensure that my fiancee's birthday with you went without any hitch. I would like to start by thanking you for this.

On the day, we were entitled to breakfast, and lunch, included in the price. Once again, the food, and the service was perfect. From the bacon roll in the morning, to the simple, but so tasty luncheon. My hat goes off to your chef for the first class food. Who, I am fully aware, would have no doubt been even busier on the day with a wedding being held on the same day. Thank You.

Most importantly. Your falconer 'Matt' (I do not know his surname). A very professional individual, who was welcoming, friendly, took time to explain each activity. I could not have asked for more. Thank You again.

This is certainly a place which I would recommend to my friends and work colleagues, and myself and Ann-Marie have already discussed returning, even if just to savour the wonderfull soup again!!

The whole day was fantastic and the birds were more incredible that I had imagined, the trainers and keepers only had the interest of the birds at heart, really got the best out of the birds, showing real respect for the creatures they are.

Walking through the woods with a bird of prey, shadowing your moves was wonderful.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a brief stay at your hotel complete with a Bird of Prey experience day. We feel compelled to write and express our gratification at such an enjoyable sojourn.

Our welcome at the hotel was so warm and yet discreet as you were not sure if my husband was aware of the experience day or if it was a surprise. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable with a superb view of the lake.

Every member of staff we encountered was polite and appeared to take a genuine interest in our wellbeing.

The experience day was fantastic, your falconers ar very passionate about the birds and managed to keep smiling despite the rotten weather.

We have nothing but praise for you all.
